Coming from a multisport background Tom has worked with the Scarlets and Blues rugby academies as well as the Welsh Cricket Association and Hockey Wales. His sporting background involved representing the Glamorgan cricket academy and the Wales Minor counties cricket team and he currently still plays in the Welsh Premier Cricket League for Ammanford CC.
His interests lie in the use of technology to present and capture performance nutrition data, and also in the field of physique management specifically its relation to strength and power.
